Two simple chicken hors d’oeuvres for you. Recipes found on page 3 Buffalo Wing Dip and page 9 Orange Chicken.

Iozzo’s (Mary and Joe) used 1 cup of Frank’s red-hot sauce, where as a Finnish/English person, I would probably use one teaspoon…
1 C. Frank’s red-hot sauce (try 1/2 C. if you have a sensitive stomach)
2 pkg. of 8 oz cream cheese
2 or 3 boneless chicken breasts, poached and shredded.
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
Melt the cream cheese over low heat, add hot sauce, blue cheese dressing and chicken. Add cheddar cheese and melt. Serve hot in crock pot with crackers or chips.

1 C. of BBQ Sauce
1 jar of sweet orange marmalade
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
4 Chicken Breasts
Cube the chicken and saute with sauce mixture. Serve with toothpicks.
